I don't have a name for this


Well, I saw this duo colour kueh on a certain site and thought, "hey, I can do this." I don't know what flour is being used. For me, I used rice and tapioca flour. Green portion is pandan and the brown, gula melaka.

Wanna have a "Name the Kueh" Contest? Hee hee..........

hmm...what's the texture like for this kueh...?? chewy or soft...lol. i usually prefer my kuehs chewy-ish...=P

erm, soft leh. chewish si si mi? like glutinous rice flour liddat ah?
