Oh dear....I'm going to be dating myself but neh mind. Remember this Thai restaurant in the basement of Centrepoint? They have that popular claypot glass noodles. You have a choice of shrimps or crabs. I used shrimps. There hae bee, tang hoon, black pepper, vinegar, tons of coriander leaves, eggs and shrimps.

Breakfast at the "wet-market"....heh heh....no, no, no....not S'pore. With the pickled green chillies? Sedap nia~~~~ :)

Erm, friends tell me that they like my bee hoon. It's really plain, almost vegetarian if not for the eggs. I like it too. :P

Okay okay....getting feedback that this blog is getting quiet. Here's one for a start. Been busy with "other" matters. :P

My version of zi zar ee mee. Anyhow ga sak bo tak lah.

My version of hae mee.....strictly shrimps 'cos me no like meat! :P But my friends dish up really superb prawns noodle soup that I hid mine in the closet. Hur hur.........

I learnt this from my good M'sian friend. Never had it in Sg till I live here. The black soya sauce gotta be the thick kind. Rare find here in Toronto tho'. So, the soya sauce beri precious. Gotta freeze it. No lah, kidding lah......the freezing part. Actually, I've only got one bottle left in the fridge. If runs out, I will go to my friends' house to eat lor. :P

If I serve this, my friends will be motivated to come not? Sekali they say "car break down", "snow storm", "dog needs walking", "time no enough"........
