Precious Pearl Makan Haven

I got this recipe from the Canadian Living magazine. Marinate fish in salsa sauce and apricot jam, then bake it. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Hmm.....yum yum!

Not really a fan of sotong but thought I'll give this a try.

Hee hee......can you guess that I like shrimps? But eat shrimps with shells hor, better to eat at home. Yum yum....fingers licking good. :-D

A fellow S'porean cooks up a really awesome version. I learnt it from him. Love the sambal but not when cooking it 'cos the house smells. Love this dish with nasi lemak. Hmm.....I hope I get invited to this friend's house again! :P
