No cooking pics to share lah but wanna see pics of ski resort not? Well, we went up north on a mini getaway. Too cold to walk around and then of course boh ski lah. Wa mana dare lah. Kua lang ski de ho.
Weather was really good in terms of driving condition. Thank God.
I got this idea from Bengawan Solo. They have this kueh, Sago Melaka. Well, I added grated coconut and came up with this. I did a tri colour and a duo colour. My most recent "adventure" in the kitchen. :P
I combined the recipes from THREE different cookbooks. I added laksa leaves aka duan kosom? Hence, it is pretty fragrant! Kay kiang....the paste was kinda heavy so I added more coconut cream. It took longer to set so I kinda overbaked/grilled the top. Taste-wise .... not bad..... *blushing*
